My name is Rosemary McKenzie,

and cooking has always been my driving passion. Having been raised by a professional chef, and being surrounded by an entire family of outstanding cooks, a love for food and cooking became deeply ingrained within me from an early age. How long does service take for a dinner party?

Most plated dinner parties take about 1.5 hours for service. Smaller parties may be a bit less and larger parties of more than 10 can run a little longer because of the time required for plating and clearing for more people.

Is kitchen clean up included?

Yes, we make sure that the kitchen is left spotless before we leave.

For buffet service, what equipment do you provide? What does the client need to provide?

For buffet service, we bring serving boards, chafing dishes and serving utensils.
We do not bring plates and flatware. For large parties, we recommend a rental service for plates and flatware.

How many guests can you accommodate?

For buffet service we can accommodate up to 60 guests. For plated dinner parties we can accommodate up to 20.

How does the client need to prepare prior to the event?

Prior to our arrival, we need the kitchen to be clean and ready for use and for the refrigerator to have sufficient space cleared out.
We do bring our own knives and a variety of gear with us, but we also use what is on hand. As long as the kitchen is well equipped with standard items we will be good to go.

What payments do you accept?

We prefer Zelle for the deposits as much as possible and Zelle or cash for the remaining balance. We will also accept Venmo. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely, before sending out menu choices we ask if there are any dietary restrictions or preferences and plan accordingly. Dairy and gluten allergies and the most common dietary restriction our clients have and it is not hard for us to accommodate.

Is gratuity included in the final quote?

No, gratuity is up to the discretion of the client and is very appreciated.
