and cooking has always been my driving passion. Having been raised by a professional chef, and being surrounded by an entire family of outstanding cooks, a love for food and cooking became deeply ingrained within me from an early age. Ever since my first job working as a dishwasher at the age of 15, I have always dreamed of becoming a chef.

The duck appetizer was one of the most delicious things I’ve had in forever, and the rest was just as delicious. She was so nice, efficient, and created and cleaned up amazing dishes. Her first response to my inquiry was quick and thorough. She set the expectation in terms of price and offered countless menu options based on my preferences. Out of all the chefs that got back to me, she made me feel the most comfortable that I was going to get exactly what I wanted. She arrived early to prep. She was all business and the food was amazing. When she left, our party of 21 gave her a huge round of applause! My wife’s 40th bday party was a great success in large part to Rosemary.
